Course Aims and Objectives

The course aims to introduce you to the clinical and business elements involved in designing and implementing a modern, optimised hygiene room specifically focused on delivering periodontal care.  

Learning Outcomes 

• Design an appointment structure and develop descriptive terms that support prioritising care and building value Develop a structure to onboard all new patients into your periodontal and prevention services
• Learn the principles of co-diagnosis and how to apply these to a new patient periodontal assessment onboarding appointment
• Learn a treatment presentation process 
• Develop an awareness of the business operations, diary management and work with KPIs
• Understand the different personality styles and how to use that to approach decision makers
